Postage
All orders will be despatched via Royal Mail recorded service. A signature will be required upon delivery. We may deliver goods in instalments if the goods are not available at the same time for delivery. Our standard charge for delivery is £2.45. Delivery is free for orders over £30
Delivery times
We aim to deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days. You will be informed of any delay that might arise due to unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to provide information for the actual time of delivery.
Payment
We accept most credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay by cheque, please click the 'Pay by cheque' box on the Order Confirmation page and post your cheque, made out to Siti Creer, to the address below. We will hold your goods for ten days to allow your cheque to arrive and the funds to clear.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges can only be made if we receive the returned items in the original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition, within 14 days from receipt.
Goods are returned to us at your own cost unless they are faulty. We would advise sending items back to us via registered post to ensure we receive them safely as we cannot take responsibility for returns that do not reach us.
Fill in the Refund/Exchange form, included in your package, and return it with your parcel to:
